User-Facing Improvements

Materials plugged into multi-material or layered material are no longer duplicated when importing from Cosmos.
Render stamp now has alpha value equal to one.
When VFB size is missing in persistent settings (ChaosCoronaVfb.conf), 800×600 is used as default size.

Fixed volumetric absorption producing different results in Vantage depending on 3ds Max units setup.
Fixed issue where save dialog in CIE did not automatically fill current file name.
Fixed issue where rendering didn’t start after displaying “Triangle mesh contains invalid values”.

Fixed cutoff text on last screen of installer.
Image Editor: Added missing option to open exr files.
Image Editor: Show original render stamp as it was saved, after opening cxr. Do not show anything for exr.
