How it works

Find My AEP automatically highlights the .aep project file in the Mac Finder or Windows Explorer. Find your project files instantly!

To run, go to File > Reveal Current Project File.

Features

Find My AEP reveals where the current After Effects project resides in the filesystem.

Windows + MacOS compatible Jump straight to your project file in the Finder/Explorer Compatible with Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

Map to Keyboard

Choose custom keyboard shortcuts that fit your workflow. For example:

Windows: CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + O

Mac: ⌘ + ⌥ + SHIFT + O

Installation

The easiest way to install is by using the aescripts + aeplugins manager app

Windows: Move Find My AEP.aex to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

Mac: Move Find My AEP.plugin to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
