Houdini for Generalists is a project-based course focused on building complete scenes from scratch using fast, efficient, and production-friendly workflows.
Throughout the course, students will create 6 unique scenes while learning how to approach Houdini as a versatile all-in-one tool for procedural environments, simulations, rendering, and FX.

I’m Jan and I’ve been working with Houdini for years as a freelancer, collaborating with various clients on projects ranging from product visualization to cinematics, FX, and more. In 2024, I won the Mardini challenge, which opened even more opportunities for my profession. Always excited to learn, experiment, and push my skills further.
